Hello,

The answer to your question is "Yes", it's possible for Ecuadorian to get Lao visa on entry.

Note: to check whether or not you can get Lao visa on entry, go through the list of countries "not eligible for Lao visa on arrival", here https://www.laos-guide-999.com/visa-on-arrival.html#noteligble. If your country of citizenship is in the list, it means that you cannot get Lao visa on entry otherwise you can.
